ご予約について

• ・ご予約はWebサイト（テニスグ）からのみ受け付けております。
• 　※お電話やフロントでの事前予約は承っておりませんのでご了承ください。
• ・ご利用日の前月の同日・午前0時よりご予約が可能です。
• 　※月末の日付は例外となる場合があります。例：6月30日には、7月30日・31日のご予約が可能です。
• ・ご利用は、毎時ちょうどからの1時間単位で承っております。
• ・当日分のご予約に限り、お電話やフロントでも承っております。
• ・コートのご希望は可能な限り反映いたしますが、施設の運営状況により変更させていただく場合がございます。
• ・年末年始・ゴールデンウィーク・お盆などの連休期間は、ご利用料金が変更になる場合がございます。

キャンセルについて

• ・キャンセル料は以下の通り発生いたします。
• 　└ご予約日を含めて7日前の0時～前日営業終了時間まで：ご利用料金の50％
• 　└前日営業終了時間以降～当日：ご利用料金の100％
• ・※ご利用時間の変更も、キャンセル扱いとなりますのでご注意ください。
• ・キャンセル料が発生する期間中は、Webサイトからのキャンセルができません。
• お手数ですが、お電話（078-642-1850）までご連絡をお願いいたします。
• ・キャンセル料は、ご利用日当日までにフロントにて現金でのお支払いをお願いしております。
• ・なお、キャンセル料のお支払いが確認できない場合は、以降のご予約を取り消させていただくことがございます。
• ・理由のいかんに関わらず、キャンセル料は一律でのご対応となります。ご理解いただけますと幸いです。

ご利用にあたって

• ・施設内では、営利目的でのご利用・営業活動はご遠慮ください。
• ・お車でお越しの際は、提携駐車場（割引あり）をご利用いただけます。駐車券をフロントへご提示ください。
• ・自転車・原付をご利用の方は、無料の駐輪場をご利用いただけます。
• ・ご利用料金は、プレー開始前にフロントにてお支払いをお願いいたします。
• ・コートのご利用には、専用シューズとスポーツウェアの着用をお願いしております。
• ・パドル・シューズ・ボールの貸し出しも行っておりますので、ご希望の方はお気軽にお申し付けください。
• ・他のご利用者の方々と気持ちよくお過ごしいただけるよう、プレーマナーや周囲へのご配慮をお願いいたします。
• ・飲食はレストスペースにてお願いいたします。
• ・18歳以下の方のみでご利用の場合は、保護者様からのご予約が必要となります。
• ・ご予約時間外のご利用が確認された場合、追加料金をお願いする場合がございますので、ご注意ください。

ご協力のお願い

上記の内容をお守りいただけない場合、やむを得ずご利用をお断りすることがございます。その際、利用料金の返金やキャンセル料の免除はいたしかねますので、あらかじめご了承くださいませ。

Reservations

• ・Reservations must be made online via the Tennis G website.
• 　(We do not take advance bookings by phone or at the front desk.)
• ・Booking opens at 12:00 a.m. on the same date of the previous month.
• 　(e.g., on June 30, you can book for July 30 & 31.)
• ・Court use is in 1-hour slots starting on the hour.
• ・Same-day bookings can be made by phone or at the front desk.
• ・You may request a specific court, but we may adjust it if needed.
• ・Prices may vary during holidays (New Year, Golden Week, Obon, etc.).

Cancellations

• ・Cancellation fees:
• 　└ 7 days to 1 day before (by closing time) → 50%
• 　└After that or on the day → 100%
• ・Changing the time is also treated as a cancellation.
• ・After the cancellation fee period starts, please call us (078-642-1850) to cancel.
• ・Cancellation fees apply for any reason.
• ・Please pay the fee at the front desk in cash by the day of your booking.
• ・Unpaid fees may result in canceled future reservations.

Facility Use

• ・Business activities are not allowed inside the facility.
• ・Discounted parking is available—bring your parking ticket.
• ・Free parking for bikes and mopeds is also available.
• ・Please pay before playing at the front desk.
• ・Wear sportswear and court shoes.
• ・We offer rental paddles, shoes, and balls.
• ・Be respectful of others and follow court manners.
• ・Food and drinks should be in the rest area only.
• ・Minors (under 18) must have a guardian make the reservation.
• ・Using the court outside reserved time may incur extra charges.

Note

If the rules are not followed, we may ask you to leave.

In that case, no refunds or fee waivers will be given.
